    2 cups  almond flour
    1/2 cup  arrowroot flour
    1/2 t  salt
    1 t  chia seeds
    1/2 t  baking soda
    1 t  cinnamon
    1/2  nutmeg
    1 t  lemon extract
    1/2 cup  butter flavored coconut oil
    1/4 cup  honey
    1/2 cup  sugar replacement
    1 T  vanilla
    2  eggs
    1/2 cup  oats
    1/2 cup  sliced almonds
    1/2 cup  sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup  unsweetened coconut
      Blueberries

Mix sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, lemon and honey. Mix dry ingredients, mix in add-ins, mix all together so all is moist. Shape into small flat circles, put 4 blueberries in each disk and seal to make into a cookie. Makes 2 dozen
