Coleslaw bacon- Dean’s

2 lbs. | shredded cabbage |
2/3 C | thinly sliced onion |
1 lbs. | bacon diced |
2 C | mayonnaise |
1 C | sour cream |
2 tsp. | Dijon mustard |
4 tsp. | Red wine vinegar |
Juice of one | lemon |
2 tsp. | Chili powder |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/2 tsp. | Pepper |
1 tsp. | Sugar |
2 dashes | cayenne pepper |
Cook bacon and drain fat.
Mix together Mayo, sour cream, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, chili powder, salt, pepper, and sugar.
Combine all ingredients.
