Roll out the dough. Place slices of large pepperoni on it. Then add 4 ounces of mozzarella cheese. Roll the dough with filling like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam and ends closed. Place on a greased cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush egg white over loaf. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
