|15-20||red jalapeños, habanero, cayennes, seeded cut in half|
|Onion 1 medium diced or sliced|
|4 T||Light Brown sugar|
|2 T||Soy sauce|
|1||Fresh ginger, 2 oz. sliced|
|2 C||White vinegar|
Remove seeds from peppers. Sauté peppers, onion and garlic for 3-5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-20 min.
Blend until smooth. Strain then jar?
