|1 lbs 80/20||ground beef|
Chill butter in freezer for 20-30 min. Grate butter and combine with ground beef. Form into patties. Liberally apply kosher salt and pepper to the patties.
Place on griddle or cast iron skillet and mash the patties flat. Let patty cook until top of patty is no longer red this allows a good crust to form on bottom.
Flip patty over and finish cooking.
