|1 1/2 tsp||grated lemon rind|
|3 T||squeezed lemon juice|
|3 eggs yolks reserve whites for meringue1 2/3 c. waterMix egg yolks with sugar, lemon rind and juice until soupy Then add both packages of pudding Add water gradually Meringue? 3 egg whites from above|
|1/4 tsp||cream of tartar|
Add sugar to stiffened egg whites
Bake at 425 til golden brown.
