Baked Feta with Rosemary and Pine Nuts

|400 gram||block of creamy feta|
|¼ cup||olive oil|
|Zest and juice 1 lemon|
|2 medium||tomatoes chopped|
|½ teaspoon||smoked paprika|
|½ teaspoon||ground turmeric|
|2 cloves||garlic, crushed|
|Few springs fresh rosemary|
|¼ cup||pine nuts|
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C fan bake.
Place feta in a shallow ovenproof serving dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and season lightly. Spoon over feta. Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese very soft. Serve with herbed yoghurt and quinoa flatbreads.
