Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs | ground beef |
3/4 cup | Pepperidge Farm Stuffing |
1 cup | milk |
1 | egg |
1/4 cup | minced green peppeer |
1/4+cup minced onion | |
1 T | Worcestershire sauce |
1/2 t | garlic powder |
1/2 t | basil |
salt | |
pepper | |
Mix and form loosely into 9x13 pan | |
Sauce | |
1 cup | ketchup |
1/4 cup | white vinegar |
1/2 cup | brown sugar |
2 T | soy sauce |
Mix together and spoon over and around meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 350 baste frequently. I make enough sauce so I can heat in microwave and serve with meatloaf.
