|1 1/2 lbs||ground beef|
|3/4 cup||Pepperidge Farm Stuffing|
|1/4 cup||minced green peppeer|
|1/4+cup minced onion|
|1 T||Worcestershire sauce|
|1/2 t||garlic powder|
|Mix and form loosely into 9x13 pan|
|1/4 cup||white vinegar|
|1/2 cup||brown sugar|
|2 T||soy sauce|
Mix together and spoon over and around meat loaf. Bake for 1 hour at 350 baste frequently. I make enough sauce so I can heat in microwave and serve with meatloaf.
