Ingredienti:
1. 1kg di farina 00
2. 150g di zucchero
3. 150g di strutto (o burro)
4. 3 uova
5. 25g di sale
6. 1 bustina di vaniglia
7. 25g di lievito di birra
8. 30cl di latte
Procedimento:
• Disporre la farina a fontana
• Aggiungere tutti gli ingredienti ed impastare
• Sistemare in un tubo d’acciaio inox
• Far lievitare e friggere
