Crab Cakes/Balls

    1/2 C  Mayo
    1  egg beaten
    1 T  Dijon mustard
    1 T  Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp  hot sauce
    1 lbs.  jumbo lump crab meat

Old Bay 1/2 tsp?

20 saltines finely crushed

In small bowl whisk egg, Dijon, Mayo, Worcester, and hot sauce.

In separate bowl lightly toss crab and crackers. Fold in the Mayo mixture.

Cover and refrigerate one hour. Scoop out into balls or cakes and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Or fry them.
