Impastare con uova
Introdurre tutti gli ingredienti in un robot da cucina. Emulsione per qualche minuto fino ad ottenere un composto liscio ed omogeneo.
Trasferite la massa nello stampo precedentemente imburrato.
Lasciare lievitare fino aa quando la massa avrà raggiunto il bordo dello stampo

<RecipeText>SCORZA DI LIMONE, BACCA DI VANIGLIA, CANELLA IN STECCHE
Portare al primo bollore l’acqua, unire lo zucchero e sciogliere bene. Aggiungere gli aromi e coprire con la pellicola. Lasciare in infusione per 20 minuti. Filtrare. Scaldare ancora lo sciroppo, unire la metà del Rum ed immergere il babà. Irrorare il babà inzuppato con l’altra metà del Rum.
