Put daal with water and add red chili powder, haldi, salt and ginger/garlic. |
Mash it a little then add onion and tomato
Then add green chillies and ginger with a little bit of garam masala.
Give baghaar of ghee with zeera, a little bit of onion and green chillies
Garnish with coriander.
