Beef and Vegetable Stir-Fry

|1/8 tsp||minced garlic|
|1/8 tsp||ginger, minced|
|1?2 cup(s)||Mushrooms, fresh (sliced)|
|10 items||peanuts, chopped|
|1?2 cup||peas, edible-podded (snow peas or sugar snap)|
|1?2 cup||carrots, shredded|
|1/4 cup||water chestnut, canned and sliced|
|4oz||Lean flank beef, raw (sliced)|
|1Tbsp||Sauce, asian stir-fry|
Heat garlic and ginger in oil until fragrant; add steak, vegetables and water chestnuts. Stir-fry until beef is cooked through and vegetables are tender; stir in sauce and sprinkle with peanuts.
