Easy Cheddar Funeral Potatoes

|4 cups (about 1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.)||ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed|
|1 can (10-3/4 oz.)||condensed cream of chicken soup|
|1 pkg. (8 oz.)||KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
|1/2 cup||BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream|
|1/3 cup||green onion slices|
Heat oven to 350°F.
Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 50 min. or until heated through.
