Can-Do Chocolate Fondue

|1 (24-ounce) bag||semi-sweet chocolate chips|
Strawberries, bananas, dried apricots, biscotti or crisp lady fingers, pound cake, pretzels & cookies
In a heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine half-and-half and chocolate chips. Cook, stirring constantly, until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture to a fondue pot, serve with a selection of goodies.
