Sauté lb chicken and lb sausage in 3 TBSP olive oil Add and cook until tender:
    1  red bell pepper
    2  green bell peppers
    1  onion
    3 cloves  garlic
    1 cup  celery
Transfer to instant pot Add 1 can rotel
    1/2 cup  roux
    2  bay leaves
    1/2 tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  pepper
    1/4 tsp  gumbo file
    1 TBSP  tony chacheres
    3 cups  chicken broth

High pressure for 20 minutes
Quick release
Add 1 lb shrimp
Sauté mode 5 minutes
