Ingredients:
    1 cup  oats
    4 tablespoons  chia seeds
    2 tablespoons  honey
    2 cups  water
    1 teaspoon  cinnamon
    A pinch  salt

Preparation:

Pour the water in a pot, and add the cinnamon and vanilla. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat, and add the oats. Boil for 5 minutes, and remove from heat.

Leave it aside for 5 more minutes, stir well, and add the chia seeds, salt, and honey.
