    12-16 oz.  kielbasa diced
    1  onion diced,, (approx. 1 C)
    28 oz  can Sanmarzano tomatoes, (Cento brand)
    1 clove  garlic minced
    1  beef bouillon cube
    1 C  water
    1/2 C  milk
    1/4-1/2 stick  butter
    1 C  elbow noodles
    8-12 oz.  shredded jack cheese
      cheddar cheese, alternative

Brown kielbasa in olive oil over med high heat.

Add diced onion, garlic, tomatoes to the pot. Break up the tomatoes. Add water, milk, and bouillon and bring to a boil.

Add elbow noodles and reduce heat to medium. Cook for approximately 12min until noodles are done. Add cheese to top and melt. Ready to serve.
