|12-16 oz.||kielbasa diced|
|1||onion diced,, (approx. 1 C)|
|28 oz||can Sanmarzano tomatoes, (Cento brand)|
|1 clove||garlic minced|
|1||beef bouillon cube|
|1 C||elbow noodles|
|8-12 oz.||shredded jack cheese|
|cheddar cheese, alternative|
Brown kielbasa in olive oil over med high heat.
Add diced onion, garlic, tomatoes to the pot. Break up the tomatoes. Add water, milk, and bouillon and bring to a boil.
Add elbow noodles and reduce heat to medium. Cook for approximately 12min until noodles are done. Add cheese to top and melt. Ready to serve.
