    1 1/4 cup  cake flour
    1/2 t  BP
    1/2 t  bicarb
    1/4 t  salt
    1/4 cup  butter
    4 oz  cream cheese
    1/2 cup  sugar
    1/2 cup  firmly packed brown sugar
    1 large  egg
    1 t  vanilla
    1 cup  peanut butter

Sieve together dry ingredients. Beat butter, cream cheese and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add peanut butter. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just combined.

Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto the prepared pan. Use a fork to make a crosshatch pattern on top of the cookies. Bake at 180 deg C for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
