    2 cups  Almond Flour
    1/2 cup  arrowroot flour
    1/2 t  salt
    1/2 t  chia seeds
    1/2 t  baking soda
    1/2 t  cinnamon
    1/2 t  nutmeg
    1/2 t  lemon extract
    1/2 cup  coconut oil
    1/4 cup  honey
    1/2 cup  palm sugar
    1 T  vanilla
    1  egg
    1 1/2 cup  oats
    1 cup  blueberry
    1/2 cup  almonds
    1/2 cup  coconut

Melt oil, cream with sugar, whisk in egg, honey, lemon and vanilla extract
Mix almond and arrowroot flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, oats, chia, salt
Mix flour into sugar mix
Fold in fruit, nuts and coconut

Form into 2 inch oval bars on parchment paper cover cookie sheet
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
