Skillet Chicken Pot Pie

1 can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
1 1/4 cup | skim milk |
1 package | frozen mixed vegetables |
2 cups | diced, cooked chicken |
1/2 tsp. | Black pepper |
1/4 tsp. | Parsley |
1 package | frozen biscuits |
Heat the soup, 1 cup milk, chicken, vegetables & pepper in a skillet over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Drop biscuits into the chicken mixture to make dumplings. Partially cover & simmer for 12 minutes, or until
dumplings are cooked through. Spoon liquid from mixture over the dumplings while cooking. Garnish with
Parsley & serve.
