Crock Pot Cashew Chicken

2 lbs. | chicken tenders |
1/4 cup | flour |
1/2 tsp | black pepper |
1 Tbsp. | canola oil |
1/4 cup | lite soy sauce |
2 Tbsp. | Rice vinegar |
2 Tbsp. | Ketchup |
1 Tbsp. | Brown sugar |
1 clove | minced garlic |
1/4 tsp. | Grated ginger |
1/4 tsp. | Red pepper flakes |
1/2 cup | unsalted cashews |
Combine the flour & black pepper in a small bag. Add cut-up chicken & shake to coat.
Brown chicken pieces in oil. Remove & put with all other ingredients in a slow cooker on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add cashew & serve over rice.
