INGREDIENTS: | |
2 cups | self rising flour |
1 tablespoon | sugar |
1½ cups | heavy cream |
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, & heavy cream together.
Drop the dough onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a free formed rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, slice the dough in half lengthwise, and then slice it the other way making little biscuit squares. You can make them circular by rolling each biscuit side between your hands if you like.
Place a couple inches apart on a baking sheet & bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown, in the preheated oven.
Drop by spoonfuls on a baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes or until slightly browned.
