Schalotten, Ku?rbis, Nelken und Koriander in heißem Öl ca. 2 Minuten anbraten, mit dem Rotwein ablöschen und zugedeckt ca. 5 Minuten bissfest schmoren lassen. Zwetschgen untermengen und weitere 2 Minuten offen garen. Mit Salz, Piment und Pfeffer abschmecken. Vor dem Servieren die Nelken entfernen
