No Bake Energy Bars

1 cup | dry oatmeal |
2/3 cup | coconut flakes |
1/2 cup | peanut butter |
1/2 cup | ground flax seed |
1/2 cup | chocolate chips |
1/3 cup | honey |
1 Tbsp | chai seeds |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for 1/2 an hour. Roll into 1-inch balls and store in refrigerator in an air-tight container.
