2 C | mac. Noodles |
4 oz. | Velveta Queso Blanco |
3 T | butter |
1/2 C | pasta water |
Salt | |

Boil the noodles in salted water. When done retain about a cup of the pasta water.
Drain the noodles and add butter and cheese. Stir until all are melted and combined.
Add a little pasta water when stirring in the cheese and butter to loosen up the sauce. May only need to use 1/2 cup.
