Banana Pumpkin Muffins

| 1 can | pumpkin |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 cup | oil |
| 1/2 cup | apple sauce |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | maple syrup |
| 2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 3 tsp | pumpkin pie spice |
| 2 tsp | baking soda |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
| 3 cup | flour |
| 2 tsp | chia seeds |
| 1/2 cup | chopped pecans |
Mix together, bake in muffin cups 425 for 5 minutes and 350 for 15 minutes. Makes 2 dozen
