corn starch |
Disjoint the wings and season generously with Red Hot seasoning and jerk seasoning.
Lightly coat with corn starch
Place on parchment paper on foil covered baking sheet.
Bake for 60-90 min at 350 flipping wings part way through. Cook until skin is slightly crisp and fat has rendered under the skin.
