    2 3/4 cups  flour
    3 Tbs  granulated sugar
    1 tsp  salt
1 pkt instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
    1/2 cup  water
    1/4 cup  milk
    2 Tbs  unsalted butter
1 Lrg egg Filling
    1/4 cup  unsalted butter
    2 Tbs  cinnamon
    1/4 cup  brown sugar
    1 cup  icing sugar
    1 tsp  vanilla extract
    2-3 Tbs  milk

Mix flour, salt, yeast, sugar.
Heat water, milk, butter.
Stir butter mixture into flour mixture.
Add the egg and knead.
Let rest for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 100 and turn off after 10 minutes or just before placing rolls in oven.

After the dough has rested, roll it out.
Spread the softened butter mixture over.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over.
Roll up the dough and cut into slices.
Place slices in a square pan.
Cover with foil or glad wrap.
Place in warm oven for 20 min.
Remove foil.
Turn oven on to 180 and bake for 20 min.
Too with glaze.
