Sweet Potato Casserole

| 4 Medium | Sweet Potatoes |
| 1 cup | mini-marshmallows |
| 1/2 stick | margarine |
| 1 | egg |
| salt | |
| nutmeg | |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | milk |
| Bake potatoes in jackets until tender and peel while hot and mix with mixer all of the above ingredients. Cook until set at 350° about 30 to 40 minutes. For topping: | |
| 1/2stick | butter |
| margarine, alternative | |
| 1/2 cup | packed brown sugar |
| 1 cup | crushed graham crackers |
| 1 cup | chopped pecans |
Melt margarine & sugar, mix. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well
Put on topping and return to oven. Cook at 350° for about 15 to 20
minutes.
