Ingredients for freezing
    3 medium  baking apples, wedged, then cut half crosswise
    1 large  red onion, wedged, then cut in half lengthwise
    1/4 cup (50ml)  canola oil
    3tbsp (45ml)  smoky applewood rub
    1/2 cup (125ml)  balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp (15ml)  sugar
    2 tsp (10ml)  Dijon mustard
    2  pork tenderloins, (about 2lbs/1kg), trimmed of excess fat and silver skin
Ingredients for cooking day No additional ingredients necessary Prepare and freeze: Need (2) large freezer bags 1. Large bag - Add items below to bag.
      Apple pieces
      Red onion pieces
    1tbsp (15ml)  canola oil
    1tbsp (15ml)  smoky apple wood rub

Squeeze out as much air as possible; seal.
