| 20 oz loaf | white bread |
| 1/2 Med | Onion |
| 3 stalks | Celery |
| 1 | Egg |
| 2 1/2 cups | Chicken broth |
| 1/8 tsp | Poultry seasoning |
| 1/4 tsp | Mrs. Dash |
| Pinch | Salt |
| 1 tbsp | butter |
| TOAST | |
Preheat oven ,425' convection, middle rack
Place bread on rack, 3 mins then flip bread , cook for 2 mins remove,
Break toast into 1" pieces, return to bread bag
STUFFING
Mix everything together in large put.
Grease bottom 9x13 baking dish
Spread mixture in dish.
Bake Med rack 350' for about 25 mins
