Dianne's roasted Brussels sprouts and rainbow carrots

1 lbs | Brussels sprouts |
12 oz | rainbow baby carrots |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
1 tsp | Sea salt |
1/2 tsp | Fresh pepper |
1/2 tsp | Garlic |
Preheat oven 350'
Soak sprouts and carrot mix in cold water for 1 hour , drain
Mix all ingredients together in large zip lock bag and shake to mix
Spread in shallow pan
Roast for about 1 hour ( tossing ever 15 mins )
