Nana Glynn's bread stuffing

20 oz loaf | white bread |
1/2 Med | Onion |
3 stalks | Celery |
1 | Egg |
2 1/2 cups | Chicken broth |
1/8 tsp | Poultry seasoning |
1/4 tsp | Mrs. Dash |
Pinch | Salt |
1 tbsp | butter |
TOAST |
Preheat oven ,425' convection, middle rack
Place bread on rack, 3 mins then flip bread , cook for 2 mins remove,
Break toast into 1" pieces, return to bread bag
STUFFING
Mix everything together in large put.
Grease bottom 9x13 baking dish
Spread mixture in dish.
Bake, Middle rack , 350' , for about 25 mins
