Chunky Toblerone Shortbread

Ingredients
    2 Cups  Butter softened
    1Cup  fruit
      superfine sugar, alternative
    3-1/2 Cups  Flour
    1/2 Cup  Cornstarch
    2 Bars (100g each)  Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, chopped
    3 T.  Sifted Icing Sugar

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and fruit sugar in large bowl with an electronic mixer on high speed until light and fluffy. Combine flour and cornstarch. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolate.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
BAKE 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Makes 4 Dozen cookies.
