Dottie's Strawberry Congealed Salad

For Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with PAM. Mix the ingredients below and press into 9x13 pan. Cook 10 min. Let cool. | |
2 c | pretzels, crushed |
3 T | sugar |
3/4 c | butter, melted |
For filing: With a electric mixer, mix together the next three ingredients and pour on top of cooled crust. | |
8 oz | cream chesse, softened |
1 c | sugar |
1 small container | Cool Whip, thawed |
For topping: | |
1 6 oz package | strawberry jello, large packet |
2 packages | frozen strawberry, sliced and thawed |
1 8 oz can | crushed pineapple, small can |
Mix jello mix with 2 c of boiling water. Add this to strawberries and crush pineapple and chill for 1 hr in separate container. Then pour the cooled strawberry mixture on other two layers and chill over night. Cut into sqaure and serve. |
