1-1/2 tbsp | gum Arabic |
2 pounds | powdered sugar |
2/3 cup | lukewarm water |
1/4 cup | meringue powder |
Mix meringue powder and water until frothy medium speed. Add dry ingredients beat low speed until holds firm peaks for flowers, medium for dropwork, soft for embroidery. Greese and plastic free equipment only!
