Tabbouleh Salad Ingredients 1 – Medium Cauliflower Head 5 – Medium Mushrooms 3 – Small Dill Pickles 1 – Celery Stalk 1 – Medium Cucumber | |
1 tsp | Minced Garlic |
1/4 Cup | Chopped Red Onion |
1 tsp | Olive Oil |
1 tbsp | Horseradish Mustard |
1 tbsp | White Wine Vinegar |
Pinch | Chives |
Chopped Basil to taste | |
Sea Salt to taste |
Yields approximately 5 servings
Directions:
Dice or coarsely chop all the ingredients and put them in a mixing bowl. Add Mustard, Vinegar, Oil, then sprinkle with sea salt. Mix it all together and enjoy.
