Tabbouleh Salad Ingredients 1 – Medium Cauliflower Head 5 – Medium Mushrooms 3 – Small Dill Pickles 1 – Celery Stalk 1 – Medium Cucumber
    1 tsp  Minced Garlic
    1/4 Cup  Chopped Red Onion
    1 tsp  Olive Oil
    1 tbsp  Horseradish Mustard
    1 tbsp  White Wine Vinegar
    Pinch  Chives
      Chopped Basil to taste
      Sea Salt to taste

Yields approximately 5 servings

Directions:

Dice or coarsely chop all the ingredients and put them in a mixing bowl. Add Mustard, Vinegar, Oil, then sprinkle with sea salt. Mix it all together and enjoy.
