Ham & Eggs Sliders

1 pkg | 12 Hawaiian Dinner rolls |

Provolone cheese | |
Sliced ham, (at least 6 large slices) | |
1/4 c | butter, (melted) |
1 T | mustard |
1 1/2 T | brown sugar |
Scramble eggs however you like them. Cut entire pkg of rolls in half (so that you have a sheet of tops and a sheet of bottoms. Put bottom layer of rolls in an 11x13 foil pan. Layer provolone cheese on rolls. Then Layer scrambled eggs on top of cheese. Layer ham slices on top. Place top sheet of rolls over ham. Then, cut through all layers to get the individual sandwiches.
In a saucepan, combine butter, mustard and brown sugar. Drizzle mixture over the tops of the sandwiches. Cover with foil and let sit for at least 30 mins (or can leave overnight in the refrigerator). Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
(Can replace ham with pulled pork and onions for appetizer sliders).
