Pork Chops - Grilled

1/2 cup | water |
1/3 cup | light soy sauce |
1/4 cup | vegetable oil |
3 tablespoons | lemon pepper seasoning |
2 teaspoons | minced garlic |
6 boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
Mix water, soy sauce, oil, lemon pepper seasoning and minced garlic in deep bowl; add pork chops and marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium high heat and lightly oil the grate
Remove port chops from marinade and shake off excess liquid. Discard remaining marinade.
Cook pork chops on the priests grill until no longer pink in the center, 5 to 6 minutes per side; or until 145 degrees inside with instant read thermometer. (3/4" or less - up to 5 minutes a side; thicker - no more than 15 mins. Total).
