| 2 cups | light olive oil |
| 1 cup | red wine vinegar |
| 5 cloves | garlic, chopped |
| 1/2 large | shallot, chopped |
| 1 tsp | oregano |
| 1 tsp | basil |
| 1 tsp | paprika |
| 1 tbs | brown mustard |
| Salt | |
| pepper |
Simmer garlic and shallot in oil until soft. Let oil cool. Add rest of ingredients and blend
