1 cup | red wine vinegar |
5 cloves | garlic, chopped |
1/2 large | shallot, chopped |
1 tsp | oregano |
1 tsp | basil |
1 tsp | paprika |
1 tbs | brown mustard |
Salt | |
pepper |
Simmer garlic and shallot in oil until soft. Let oil cool. Add rest of ingredients and blend
