Carrots - Zesty Carrots

Cook 2 lbs of carrots (cut into 2" strips) and drain. Mix 1/2 cup water, 1 med onion - grated, 2 1/2 tsp horseradish and 2 cups mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Add carrots and put in 9x11 glass dish. Top with 3 Tbs melted butter and 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
Baker for 25 mins. At 375 degrees.
