| 2 c | a s de crème |
| 2 | cornichons |
| 2 c | a s de moutarde |
Préchauffez le four a 210•C. Hachez les cornichons. Beurrez un plat, rangez y les filets. Enfournez pour 15 min.
Mélangez dans un bol la crème et la moutarde puis le hachis de cornichons. Nappez le filet avec la sauce. Renfournez pour 10
