4 people should bring 1/2 lb dished chicken each 4 people should bring 1/2 lb diced ham 2 people should bring 1 lb grated cheddar cheese 2 people should bring 1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled One (EACH) person should bring the following 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, chopped
    3  avocados diced
    2 cans  pitted black olives, sliced
    1 1/2 pints  cherry tomatoes, halved or quartered
    2 heads  lettuce, (iceberg) cleaned and torn
    2 heads  greens, (green red leaf, romaine, etc.) cleaned and torn
    1 bag  spinach
    1 bag  alfalfa sprouts cleaned
    2 to 3 jars  artichoke hears marinated in dressing
    1 bag  fresh mushrooms sliced and marinated in dressing
Dressing: (Have one person make the marinade and one person make the dressing)
    1 cup  oil
1/3 cub wine vinegar Juice from artichokes
    1/2 tsp  dry mustard
    1/2  garlic powder
    1 tsp  sugar
    12 tsp  salad herbs
      Salt
      pepper to taste

You need two very large bowls in which to mix all the ingredients together.

Serves approximately 20 to 4 people
