Soup - Italian Sausage and White Bean Soup

1 & 1/2 lbs. Bob Evans Sweet Italian sausage | |
3 cans 16 oz. | Cannelloni beans, (white kidney beans) |
2 cans | diced tomatoes |
1 qt. | chicken broth |
2 | onions, diced |
3 | carrots, sliced thin |
2 stocks celery, sliced thin | |
1 tsp. | Italian seasoning |
3 dashes | Tabasco sauce |
1/2 pkg | frozen spinach |
Brown loose sausage lightly. Pour off any grease. All to all ingredients in a large sou p pot and simmer at least 1 hour. Add additional Tabasco sauce, if needed. Serve with hard rolls.
