It was confirmed that for a softer texture: boil jalapenos, onion, garlic, and tomatoes (30-45mins on low/medium heat), puree em in blender, place in the desired container, add tomato sauce and condiments as desired: Salt, pepper, knorr chicken broth powder, cilantro – let stand 1 hr so as to not be so steamy (it’s 50,000x spicier when at a hot temperature) and ready to go J |
For a chunkier salsa – you can skip the boiling or boil only for a few mins.
For a less spicy taste, add extra tomato sauce or dilute with water PRN. Will double-confirm today via phone call since the fam is visiting Juarez and El Paso for the holiday!
