    1 loaf  cinnamon raisin bread, (sliced)
    1 stick  butter, (softened to room temperature)
    8 ounces  thick-cut bacon, (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
    8 ounces  cream cheese, (softened)
    8 ounces  apple butter
      Kosher salt, (to taste)

Preheat oven to 425ºF.
On 2 sheet trays, lay the bread out into even layers. Smear some softened butter on each piece of bread. Place in the oven to toast for 7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, place a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until just crisp. With a slotted spoon, remove bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Let cool slightly.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, apple butter and bacon. Stir to combine and season with salt.
On one piece of toasted bread, slather a few tablespoons of cream cheese mixture. Top with another slice of toasted bread. Cut sandwich into 4 triangular pieces. Continue building sandwiches and cutting them into triangles. Serve on a platter as an appetizer or snack!
