Caesar Dressing Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 anchovy fillets
    1  fresh garlic clove
    1/3 cup  parmesan cheese
    1 cup  mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons  red win vinegar
    3 tablespoons  lemon juice
    1/2 cup  dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon  worcestershire sauce
    1/3 cup  vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons  olive oil

In food processor or blender, puree anchovies, garlic and parmesan. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, pepper worchestershire sauce and oils and blend until smooth

Dressing keeps covered and chilled for up to two weeks
