4 tablespoons | butter' |
8 ounces | package of chopped hazel nuts |
Trim brussel sprouts and mark an X in the core. Boil sprouts in salted water until desired doneness. In large saucepan, saute hazel nuts in butter until golden. Add Brussel sprouts to coat with butter. Add salt and pepper to taste.
