COCKTAIL - VODKA - Diablo Martini [Halloween]

1 cup | Round Spicy Red Candies, (plus more for garnish) |
MARTINI | |
2 ounces | Spicy Red Candy Vodka |
2 ounces | Ginger Ale |
1 | Lime, (cut into wedges) |
Red Sanding Sugar (to garnish)
2 Fresno Chiles or Red Jalapenos (top cut off, 1/2 inch slits on both sides of Chile)
step-by-step directions
Place the Vodka and Candy in a large container fit securely with a lid. Shake vigorously, then let stand at room temperature for 4 hours. Strain Candy out of Liquor and discard Candy. Pour Spicy Red Candy Infused Vodka into a separate container. Chill.
For the cocktail: Dampen the rim of a Martini Glass with a Lime Wedge. Rim the glass with the Red Sugar.
Place ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the Spicy Red Candy Vodka, Ginger Ale and a squeeze of Fresh Lime Juice. Shake vigorously and pour through a strainer into the rimmed martini glass. Place the Chiles upside down on the martini glass as to resemble devil horns. Drop one round spicy Red Candy in the bottom of the martini glass.
